Personal Experience

Kurt Waldier is a Planning Consultant of Gilbert Blilie PLLC, a premier boutique law firm concentrating on Real Estate and Zoning Law. Mr. Waldier is a member of the firm’s Zoning & Real Estate practice.

Prior to joining the Zoning & Real Estate team at Gilbert Blilie PLLC, Mr. Waldier worked six years at Matrix Design Group to begin his career working with communities across the county.  In this role, Mr. Waldier worked closely with municipal staff to develop a variety of long-range community development projects, including regional plans, general and comprehensive plans, master plans, transportation plans, as well as zoning ordinance updates.  This experience has provided a broad range of lessons learned in the community development and a strong understanding of the community development process.
